monument setting, railroad and utilities.
Jomac aluminum mechanics

the use of their exclusive construction methods utilizing
high quality aluminum for the beds and cabinets. Along
with your fuel savings, you also gain valuable payload
capacity.
The STC-80 Mechanics Service
Truck Body and Telescopic Boom Crane starts off on a
17,500 GVWR chassis such as the Ford-F550.

Jomac
then constructs an aluminum service truck body
and cabinets built to your specifications.
Truck decks are manufactured using 3" channel crossmembers
welded on 8" centers, each crossmember fully gusseted
for strength and durability. Then, the deck is constructed
of 3/16" aluminum diamond plate or if you choose,
1" bar grate. Anodized D-rings are fastened to the deck, optimally located for the securing of your payload.
Cabinets are constructed of 1/8" aluminum sheet,
reinforced for rigidity, and matching stainless steel
lock latches are installed for security and weather
resistance. Again with quality in mind, cabinets
are fitted with stainless steel hinges, stainless spring
door checks, automotive type rubber ball seals and vinyl
edge protectors.
Cabinets may be configured
in basically any configuration according to your specifications.
Service truck bodies are finished out with
Betts two wire lighting (meets FMVSS108), heavy duty, bar reinforced
mud and splash guards, stainless steel folding step, two tool carriers
and cabinets built to your specifications, with adjustable, heavy
duty shelving. Of course, if you'd like more
options, we have those too.
The resulting package of the
overall combination makes this the highest quality
