Articulating Crane Truck 3000 Series
The HFC-3016 and HFC-3019 propane service truck and articulating lift crane are the result of over 30 years of experience in the propane gas supply business. Designed for maximum efficiency of propane tank servicing, delivery and installation, these service truck bodies and cranes are manufactured with business in mind. Designed for the handling and hauling of 1 - 1000 gallon tank, 2 - 500's or 7 - 420's, these propane service trucks are the biggest sellers in our product line.

Starting off on a 14,500 GVWR chassis such as the Ford-F550, Jomac constructs an aluminum service body and cabinets built to your specifications. All truck decks are manufactured using 3" channel crossmembers welded on 8" centers, each crossmember fully gusseted for strength and durability. Then, the deck is constructed of 3/16" aluminum diamond plate or if you choose, 1" bar grate. Anodized D-rings are fastened to the deck, optimally located for the securing of your payload. Cabinets are constructed of 1/8" aluminum sheet, reinforced for rigidity, and matching stainless steel lock latches are installed for security and weather resistance. Again with quality in mind, cabinets are also fitted with stainless steel hinges, stainless spring door checks, automotive type rubber ball seals and vinyl edge protectors.

Standard sized cabinets for the HFC-3000 Series Propane Service Truck Body include a 36"W X 42"H X 14" D front midship cabinet, 60"W X 26" H X 14" D top cabinet and 18" W X 26" H X 14"D service control cabinet. Streetside or curbside configurations are available. Cabinets may be configured differently, according to your specifications, if desired.

We then finish the service body out with Betts two wire lighting (meets FMVSS108), flip type placard holders, heavy duty, bar reinforced mud and splash guards, stainless steel folding step, two tool carriers and one shelf in midship cabinet with adjustable, heavy duty standards. Of course, if you'd like more options, we have those too.

Articulating cranes are manufactured in house by Jomac, with performance and function in mind. The HFC-3016 Articulating Crane utilizes a 30,000 ft. lb. hydraulic crane, PTO driven off the truck, allowing for a 100% duty cycle. Absolutely no electrically driven pumps on our units! Maximum reach from centerline is 15' 6". This combination allows sufficient capacity (1,935 lbs. at 15'5" reach) for lifting a 1000 gallon tank at full horizontal extension. The HFC-3019 Articulating Crane offers the same features as the HFC-3016, but has an additional manual extension of 42", making total reach on this model an impressive 19 feet. Capacities are the same for both models, the HFC-3019 can lift 1000 lbs. at it's full extension. Either crane may be mounted behind cab or at rear of truck, corner or center mount.
